Business Challenge
The county desired to evaluate Microsoft's SharePoint Server for
their intranet needs. They wanted to undertake a pilot program with a few
early adopter departments to properly evaluate the solution.
Solution
MethodFactory led a series of SharePoint education, planning and
functional workshops with the selected departments. The result of the exercise
was a detailed SharePoint implementation plan to accomodate the pilot. MethodFactory
has since engaged with the County for the implementation of the SharePoint pilot.
