Project Framing
Project framing includes current business process mapping, current wireframe mapping,
current database mapping, a current IT inventory (software, hardware, resources)
and the development of functional workshop questionaires and agendas.
Functional Workshops
MethodFactory leads functional workshops to determine the functional requirements
that are required to be
included in the project. Key components of the functional
workshops include functionality inventory and prioritization, use case modeling,
business process optimization, wireframe development and risk assessment development.
Plan Development
The planning document is developed at the conclusion of the functional workshops.
The planning document deliverable includes the functional design document, database
schema, integration plan, data migration plan, application wire frames, system workflows
and a task level project plan.
Development Proposal
Once the planning document has been delivered and accepted MethodFactory is able
to deliver to the client a fixed-time fixed-price development proposal.
