Deployment Plan Development
The deployment plan includes a formal test plan (unit, user and load testing), deployment
plan (staging, training, production), documentation (technical, end user) and training
(technical, end user)
Application Development
An application development team is assembled during project kick-off. This team
includes a Technical Lead (principle architect), Project Manager and all necessary
development resources. The team follows the project plan and all requirements listed
in the planning document. All project stakeholders receive a log-in to a secure
project portal. The project portal is used as the primary communication vehicle
to deliver project updates and facilitate any necessary change management.
