Business Challenge
Sarasota County's Human Resources business unit required an open
and scaleable HR management system. The ultimate goal of the application
is to automate many common business functions and integrate directly with the County's
budget, finance and performance management systems.
Solution
MethodFactory developed the County's HRMS system and delivered it
to the employee's desktop via a self service employee portal. The system was
developed using Microsoft's .NET framework and employed a standard data structure
that ensures integration with the County's other information systems.
