Desiring to increase product sell-through at retail, ClosetMaid desired to test out an interactive product recommendation / configuration kiosk for retail partners.
Solution
MethodFactory developed a stand-alone touchscreen kiosk for a multi-store pilot. This interactive kiosk includes three consumer tracts:
Inspire - A series of product recommendations based on an intuitive room selector wizard.
Educate - Product selection and installation tutorials.
Design - A customer-tailored product recommendation based on a short interview.
