Business Challenge
The Office of Organizational and Employee Development required a system to enable peer-based performance reviews and associated self-improvement training. Additionally, the system needed to integrate into the organization’s existing HR system so that duplicate employee records would not be maintained.
Solution
MethodFactory developed a custom performance review system to accomplish the organization's goals. The system integrates directly with the County's HRMS system and enables them to deliver performance review surveys, provide real-time feedback to the employee and report on the results.
